Polícia encontra pneus contrabandeados do Paraguai em mata

No último sábado, 6, equipes das polícias Federal, Militar e da Marinha realizaram uma operação em Foz do Iguaçu e apreenderam 18 pneus de caminhão que estavam escondidos em uma área de vegetação próxima ao Rio Paraná.

A apreensão ocorreu após um monitoramento que identificou uma embarcação suspeita que havia saído do Paraguai. Durante a vigilância, os policiais observaram a travessia da embarcação quatro vezes, o que levou à descoberta do local de descarrego da carga.

Inicialmente, os agentes encontraram 13 pneus escondidos na mata. Posteriormente, a equipe abordou um carro com placas paraguaias que estava carregado com mais cinco pneus. Todo o material apreendido, assim como o veículo, foi encaminhado à Receita Federal do Brasil, onde serão tomadas as medidas necessárias conforme a legislação.

As autoridades incentivam a população a colaborar com denúncias sobre atividades suspeitas na região. Para isso, foi disponibilizado um canal exclusivo onde é possível reportar essas situações.
